The charger is presented in a black gift box and includes an 80cm Micro-B USB cable and an instruction leaflet. Please note that some phone cases may affect the wireless charging connection. For optimal performance, use a 5V/2.4A mains adaptor. Using a PC/laptop USB output may result in slower charging or no charging at all. The positioning on the charging surface and the type of case used may also impact wireless charging efficiency.
