The charger is supplied with an 80cm Micro-B USB cable and includes an instruction leaflet. Please note that some phone cases may affect the wireless charging connection. For optimal performance, use a 5V/2.4A mains adaptor. Charging may be slower or not occur at all when using a PC/laptop USB output. The positioning of the device on the charging surface and the type of phone case used may also impact the efficiency of wireless charging.
